1. Free Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Free Cash on Delivery across all eligible locations in Pakistan.

No hidden shipping fees – you only pay for the products you ordered.
Payment is made in cash when the order arrives at your doorstep.
This service is available nationwide.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing: 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 business days.
- Other cities & remote areas: 5–7 business days.

Note: Unforeseen delays (weather, courier issues, holidays) may occasionally extend delivery times.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call or message from our support team.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared (where available) so you can follow your order online.

4. Non-Delivery Areas

We deliver to almost all cities and towns across Pakistan. For very remote or non-serviceable areas, our courier partner may contact you to arrange pickup from the nearest accessible location. If delivery is impossible, the order will be canceled with prior notice.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

Wrong or incomplete address,
No one available to receive the order after multiple attempts,
Refusal to accept the order at delivery,

the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping will require additional charges.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled and must be refused at the time of delivery.
